Keep studying and keep reading. I’m 48 and still studying. I’m one of those people who will study as long as I possibly can. I believe that as times change I need to keep up with what is going on so that I keep relevant with times and the way things change. I am finishing a PH D and then have another one picked out for after this one.
Peace & Love :)

Lecturing in their specified field..seminars, workshops, speaking at national conferences
Authoring/ Editing Textbooks or completing extended works of their own
Teaming up with young professors sorta like a mentor to bring the new and fresh together with the old and wise..
